Defects and Warranty

All products sold by The Brew Therapy are subjected to a 1-year warranty covering factory defects. This warranty covers poor workmanship and does not cover damages that occur after the item has left the warehouse, caused by mishandling or improper usage of the customer. If you think the item that you have purchased contains factory defects or defects caused by poor workmanship, please drop us an email at hello@thebrewtherapy.com. Please include the following information in the email if possible:

  1. Proof of purchase and purchase date
  2. Photograph or video of the defect
  3. Details leading to the discovery of the defect
The Brew Therapy will assess the defect on a case-by-case basis, and if the issue is deemed as a factory defect, one of the following services will be provided:

  1. Exchange of the product
  2. Supplying of replacement parts
  3. Repair / servicing of the product

*If your item is purchased from a source that cannot be traced back to The Brew Therapy, it will not be subjected to the 1 year warranty. Please contact the retailer directly for a repair or exchange.

**The Brew Therapy reserves the rights to reject any exchange requests for items that do not comply with our return/exchange policies.
