Espresso extraction using the Cafelat Robot

Here is an example of espresso extraction using the Cafelat Robot. I used a Colombian Huila medium roast coffee, and ground the coffee to a fine consistency using the Timemore Chestnut ESP. I used a WDT distribution tool to break down the clumps and even out the grounds before tamping. The result is a beautifully even extraction! One amazing thing about the Cafelat Robot is the ability for you to control the pressure profile through the shot. Here I did a 15s pre-infusion at 2 bars of pressure, ramped up to 6-7 bars, then slowly back down again
