Specialty Instant Coffee - Recipes that taste good for us!

In this single origin specialty coffee series, we have Ethiopia Guji - with tropical fruits and a berry-like acidity and finish. For this lighter roast, we found that drinking it black or white oat milk complemented and brought out the delicate flavours of the coffee more. Here are the ratios that worked for us! Best thing about these crystals - they dissolve in water / milk of any temperature.

Hot black coffee

- 1 : 50 ratio for coffee crystals : water

Iced black coffee

- 1 : 40 ratio for coffee crystals : cold water. Add about 2-3 ice cubes

Cold oatmilk coffee

- 1: 40 ratio for coffee crystals : cold oat milk. Add about 2-3 ice cubes
