Department Coffee Club
For the resident coffee person in the department
Start a small coffee club in your department pantry with specialty coffee that is easy to share.
The Brew Therapy makes specialty coffee crystals that can be prepared without a grinder, machine, or filter setup. Enjoy them black, or turn them into fuss-free cortados, lattes, and iced milk coffees.
This is for the person in the department who loves good coffee, wants more colleagues to try specialty coffee, and would enjoy having something better within reach of the pantry.
Start here: build your department starter set
We recommend starting with 2 boxes of coffee crystals. Add quantity: 2 at checkout for a 24-serving starter set. That gives your coffee club 24 servings to share across a small group of coffee-curious colleagues, without needing equipment or a complicated setup.
For the coffee enthusiast
Start with the variety box if the goal is to compare profiles, share the experience, and get a few coffee-curious people talking.

If your group mostly drinks cortados, lattes, or iced milk coffees, start with Colombia or Indonesia.

Coffee crystals for cortados, lattes, and iced milk coffees
Specialty coffee can sometimes feel too bright or acidic when the only office option is black filter coffee.
Our coffee crystals make it easier to introduce more people to specialty coffee because they work beautifully in milk drinks. Stir into a small amount of hot water, add milk, and enjoy.
No machine needed.

How it works
- Pick your coffee crystals. Start with the variety box, or choose Colombia and Indonesia if your group prefers milk drinks.
- Keep them in the pantry. No machine or complicated setup needed. Just water, milk if you want milk drinks, and cups.
- Share them with the coffee-curious people. Try them black, iced, or with milk.
- Reorder if the club enjoys it. If people like them, reorder the same coffee or try another origin.
Frequently asked questions
Does the department need to buy this officially?
Not necessarily. Some coffee clubs start with one person buying a few boxes and sharing them with colleagues. Others use petty cash or a department welfare budget if that is easier.
Do we need a coffee machine?
No. The coffee crystals dissolve easily in milk or water, hot or cold.
How many people is this for?
We recommend starting with 2 boxes, which gives you 24 servings. That is usually enough for a small group of coffee-curious colleagues to try a few drinks each.
It is not meant to serve the whole department at once. It is meant to help the coffee people find each other.
Can we get an invoice?
Yes. If your department needs an invoice, reach out to us and we can help.
Can we reorder later?
Yes. Feel free to reorder again here or contact us for bulk purchases.
