How it works
- 1PeelPeel the lid off one pod. Inside are coffee crystals: pure coffee, freeze-dried.
- 2PourTip the crystals into hot or cold water, or straight into milk.
- 3StirGive it a stir, or a shake for foam. Ready in about a minute.

Who we are
We're The Brew Therapy, a Singapore coffee company. In our own facility in Singapore we freeze-dry coffee for local roasters.

Each pod is a double shot of coffee, made from about 15-18g of beans. For a stronger cup use less water; for a lighter one, add more. Prefer it bolder or less sour? Try Colombia or Indonesia. Still not right — we'll swap your bundle or refund your first order.
How do I make an iced or oat latte?
Stir one pod into a splash of hot water to dissolve, then top with cold milk or oat milk and ice. For a hot latte, dissolve straight into warm milk. About 60 seconds, no machine.
Do I need a machine or any equipment?
No. Just add water or milk and stir — the crystals dissolve at any temperature. No grinder, no machine, no cleanup.
What if I don't love it?
Love it or it's on us. If your first order isn't the cafe-quality you expected, tell us. We'll set up a quick call to hear what went wrong, then refund it in full.
How long do they keep?
Up to 18 months from manufacture, thanks to freeze-drying. Store in a cool, dark place.
