Is this instant coffee?
We start with specialty coffee, brew it, then freeze-dry the brewed coffee into crystals. You get the convenience of instant coffee, but made from coffees we'd actually want to drink.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Add hot or cold water — or milk — and stir.
Can I make iced coffee?
Yes — the crystals dissolve straight into cold milk or water. Iced lattes and iced black, in about a minute.
When does my refill start?
About a month after your Starter Set, then every 6 weeks. Your first month is just the kit — glasses, discovery coffees, and your free box.
What will I receive on each refill?
3 × 12-piece variety boxes (36 cups) every 6 weeks — the coffees you choose.
