How strong is it — and what if it's too weak?
Each pod is a double shot of coffee, made from about 15-18g of beans. For a stronger cup use less water; for a lighter one, add more. Prefer it bolder or less sour? Try Colombia or Indonesia. Still not right — we'll swap your origin or refund your first box.
How do I make an iced or oat latte?
Stir one pod into a splash of hot water to dissolve, then top with cold milk or oat milk and ice. For a hot latte, dissolve straight into warm milk. About 60 seconds, no machine.
Do I need a machine or any equipment?
No. Just add water or milk and stir — the crystals dissolve at any temperature. No grinder, no machine, no cleanup.
What if I don't love it?

How long do they keep?
